Return Policy

ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED FOR RETURNS. 

Customers may return most new unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a store credit on a gift card.

The return will be accepted if the item is:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags 
  • free of stains, odors, pet hair & damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met.

If there is an error with your order (i.e. customer received a wrong or defective item), shipping costs will be covered. 

Returns cannot be confirmed via phone or email and store credit will not be issued until the item is received. 

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return item(s), and if there is an exchange that needs to be shipped.

Exchanges and returns from the website are welcome to be done in store.
